Temporary Receptionist – Waterford

A highly respected professional services firm is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their Waterford City office for a 4-week period, starting immediately.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing reception duties for the office while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.The role also involves providing essential administrative support to the team, handling traditional secretarial functions, and overseeing various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.Location: Waterford (onsite)Duties: Maintain a professional reception area and office environmentManage incoming mail (electronic and physical), including responses and forwardingHandle telephone calls, directing them to appropriate contactsGreet and assist visitorsOversee staff office access via desk booking systemMonitor and order office supplies and equipment as neededEnsure printers have sufficient paper stockLiaise with contractors, service providers, building tenants, and security on office-related mattersCoordinate with cleaners and ensure proper security and facility maintenanceEnsure confidential bins are emptied and collected as required If you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a leading organisation.
