Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and organised Temps Administrator to support our internal team with payroll-related and administrative tasks including data collation, issuing contracts of employment, administrating the agency worker payrolls, and assisting agency worker queries.
 
Key Responsibilities: Administrate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for temp and agency workers, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines. Assist with issuing new starter packs and contracts for all new temps and agency workers. Maintain and update payroll information, including fixed pay elements, applying shift premiums, holiday tracking, and salary changes. Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments, including sick leave, overtime, and other deductions. Handle agency worker queries related to payroll, pension, annual leave, and other matters. Ensure personnel records are kept up-to-date  Supporting the payroll team with data collation and analysis Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Education: 3rd level qualification in Business or Accounts (preferred) or relevant work experience. High proficiency in MS Excel   Experience: Prior office administration experience  Working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory entitlements Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make effective judgments based on available data. Strong team-working skills and the ability to influence others.
