We are seeking an entry-level administrator to join our supply chain department and support our inbound operations team.
As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing imports, customs clearance, and ensuring the timely extraction of products from ports to delivery at our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities : Receiving and recording necessary import documentation Recording incoming consignments into our ERP system Calculating freight costs and duties Responding to internal and external stakeholder queries General administration associated with managing inbound supply chains Key Skills: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
