The Gallops Pub, located in the heart of Leopardstown, is a welcoming establishment well known for its service, wide selection of beverages, and warm atmosphere.
As we continue to uphold our reputation as a community favourite, we are now looking to add to our Senior Bar team.
Position: Senior Bar Staff Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time Location: The Gallops Pub, Leopardstown Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the bar.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.
Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations.
Assist in stock management, restocking, and ordering supplies.
Uphold compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
Leadership qualities and the ability to lead by example.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
Must be at least 18 years old.
