Technical Implementation Project Manager - ERP Systems ( FMCG/ Distribution / Wholesale/Retail) The position is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
We are seeking an experiencedImplementation Project Manager to lead the roll-out of ERP systems within the distribution and wholesale sectors.
This role demands a strong foundation in project management and ERP systems, along with expertise in infrastructure and technical integration within retail or wholesale environments.
Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end ERP system roll-outs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate systems upgrades, integration, automation, and migration efforts.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Ensure high-quality delivery, maintaining a sharp focus on details while aligning projects with business goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile Project Management Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementation projects, particularly within the retail, distribution, or wholesale sectors.
Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with automation and migration is highly desirable.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
