About the Role: You will report to our new Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). It will be based in our Cork office, and will be a hybrid role. You will run current operations in Third Party Risk, looking for operational enhancement opportunities and how the program can be improved. It's a great opportunity to be hands on and start building something new.
You Will: Manage the Third Party Risk Management programFacilitate the identification and remediation of operational issues in the programGuide continuous evolution of the Third Party Risk Management programIdentify opportunities for synergies across the organizationCoordinate with our teams and third parties to conduct criticality assessments, due diligence reviews, resolve incidents and implement corrective actionsManage the end to end lifecycle of a third party relationship from onboarding to terminationParticipate in the development and testing of third party contingency arrangementsMaintain a centralized repository of third-party risk information and documentationDefine third party risk management policies, procedures, and standardsEnsure third-party risk management practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and the board on third-party risk exposure and mitigation effortsProvide training and awareness programs to internal stakeholders on third-party risk management practicesLeverage synergies between country risk programs and third party risk programsYou Have: Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
