About the Role: You will report to our new Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). It will be based in our Cork office, and will be a hybrid role. You will run current operations in Third Party Risk, looking for operational enhancement opportunities and how the program can be improved. It's a great opportunity to be hands on and start building something new.
You Will: Manage the Third Party Risk Management programFacilitate the identification and remediation of operational issues in the programGuide continuous evolution of the Third Party Risk Management programIdentify opportunities for synergies across the organizationCoordinate with our teams and third parties to conduct criticality assessments, due diligence reviews, resolve incidents and implement corrective actionsManage the end to end lifecycle of a third party relationship from onboarding to terminationParticipate in the development and testing of third party contingency arrangementsMaintain a centralized repository of third-party risk information and documentationDefine third party risk management policies, procedures, and standardsEnsure third-party risk management practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and the board on third-party risk exposure and mitigation effortsProvide training and awareness programs to internal stakeholders on third-party risk management practicesLeverage synergies between country risk programs and third party risk programsYou Have: Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, vendor management, or a related role, preferably in the financial services or remittance industryExperience with third-party risk management frameworks, tools, and best practicesA good understanding of the principles of risk management, control, and assuranceExperience with regulatory requirements related to third-party riskExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong organisational and project management skillsFlexible to work across multiple time zonesOur Benefits: 34 days of vacation (including public holidays)Group private medical insuranceGroup pension (6% contributed) and group income protectionEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Mental Health & Family Forming BenefitsLearning and Development BenefitsWe are committed to nondiscrimination across our global organization and in all of our business operations.
