Top Asset Management Company is looking for a candidate with 1 to 2 years Trade Operations experience to join this growing team - Fixed Income, Equities, Swift experience would be a bonus.
Trade Operations OfficerSalary – 45,000 Euro to 50,000 Euro
In this role, you will: Complete counterparty set ups of the Company customers in various systems;Manage the maintenance of SSI data in various systems for new and existing clients;Responsible for effective workflow, analysis and exception management of data related queries from both upstream and downstream consumers for Client, Credit and SSI;Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating when necessary;Achieve a service standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting of data to mitigate risk to the Company (eg. reputational, financial, regulatory, operational risk);Achieve Customer Service standards by adhering to strict Service Level Agreements;Work with Manager to ensure distribution of work and management of team mailbox are efficiently handled and prioritized to ensure quality and efficiency;Maintain and support business partner relationships across regions and respective business groups (e.g. Global Counterparty Credit, Enterprise Distribution);Maintain and update procedural documents if required;Assist Manager with team administrative functions as required.Job Requirements: Sound knowledge and understanding of trading businesses and understanding of the operating environment, business processes and procedures, and the transaction lifecycle for Client Data Services as it relates to all businesses supported (e.g. Enterprise Distribution, Fixed Income, FX, Institutional Equities, Corporate Lending);Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and time management skills;Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high volumes of work in a demanding environment;Motivated to learn quickly and deliver on business deadlines in a fast-paced work environment;Self-motivated with the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems effectively;A go-getter who can exercise initiative and ability to handle several tasks and changing priorities;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Experience with Project Management/ project work may be beneficial.Contract Type: FULL_TIME
