We are currently seeking a Trade Parts Representative to join our team.
Main duties and responsibilities to include: Parts deliveries Building and maintaining relationships with our trade business Cold calling trade customers to attract new business Promoting growth of our trade business Invoicing of parts into stock Management of all returns and credits Monitoring of outstanding trade invoices Stocktaking of Parts Dept Day to day goods inwards and outwards duties Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Have relevant experience in a similar parts position.
Have an understanding of Mercedes-Benz parts and their function.
Demonstrate a proven ability to work to high standards.
Display a desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Have strong IT skills including operating systems, Microsoft etc.
Possess strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work.
Work well under pressure.
Be a team player.
Hold a full, valid and current drivers licence.
