Trainee Motorhome Technician

Part of the thl global network, RV Super Centre is the Service and Sales branch of Just Go Motorhomes. The RV Super Centre is NCC approved and supplies quality tried and tested motorhomes to both newcomers and experienced motorhomers.

Due to the ongoing success of our depot in Dublin, we are looking for a Trainee Motorhome Technician to join the team.

Responsibilities Below is a list of responsibilities which, whilst comprehensive, is not exhaustive:

Ensure that the Just Go fleet is maintained to the highest standards at all times. Upload all warranty claims using the appropriate systems. Clock in and out of jobs accurately. Maintain appropriate working conditions and equipment for yourself. Ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do. Use C it Now to build trust with the customer and provide upsell opportunities. Upsell work and services to customers on site. Assist with vehicle swaps and vehicle relocations if required. Person Specification NCC qualification with a proven work history to support it. Proficient in gas works, hab checks, hi and low voltage electrics. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices with great interpersonal skills. A track record of being able to problem solve. An inquisitive person able to follow processes but step outside of them when required. A people person with the ability to coach and support. Business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected. Resilient and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding workplace. Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations. A strong work ethic and professional approach to the workplace and colleagues. Target-driven and passionate to achieve. Pay: €28,000.00 per year
