Trainee Optical Assistant Store: Ballina Specsavers Full-Time – 20 hours per week – Monday – Friday Salary – £14,100 In-store bonus after probation

Some of the key tasks required include:
Listening to patients and giving clear advice, explaining suitable products and offers while understanding procedures and applying our own high standards.Carrying out pre-screening examinations and working alongside the wider team in the day-to-day running of clinics.Taking measurements and supporting patients with collections, ensuring fit, comfort, and accuracy of frames are checked thoroughly.Maintaining delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey and successful retail team.You've already demonstrated that you're a natural when it comes to customer care; you're articulate, good with people, have an organised approach, and are always happy to help, so you'll fit right in as a valuable member of our friendly store team, joining a business that's going places.
