Position Overivew: As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be integral in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing candidates, managing databases, and ensuring smooth recruitment processes This role is perfect for someone looking to start or further develop their career in recruitment. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, and a competitive salary of €28,000 to €30,000 per year. This is a permanent role, which will involve working for Total Solutions directly on a permanent basis, this is not a temporary or short term role. Requirements: A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as WhatsApp Business. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and our internal database. Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records using our CRM system. Communication: Manage candidate communications via Outlook and WhatsApp Business, ensuring timely and professional responses. Support: Assist senior consultants with administrative tasks and coordinate interview schedules.
