Dalata Hotel Group plc is recruiting for a Training Manager to join our Dalata Academy team.
As Training Manager, you will report to the Head of Dalata Academy and will have the opportunity to play an influential role in the further development of The Dalata Academy.
The role will be responsible for supporting and executing the groups learning and development strategy.
This position will work within a well-structured and organised L&D function and Group HR team.The role will be full time, permanent and based from our Group Offices in Sandyford, Dublin 18.We offer a hybrid option to allow team to work from home two days a week.
This role will require travel to the hotels across the group regularly.
The main responsibilities of the role will include: Design and management of a suite of management development programmes to ensure that they are in line with learning objectives and talent development strategy.
Day to day managementof our learning management system Dalata Online Training design for face-to-face training, virtual and eLearning sessions Management of our Induction Programmes Assist with the training programme for the new build and acquisitions Work collaboratively with the wider Group HR teams and Central Office teams to support the business objectives and projects.
