OverviewWe are currently looking for a Senior Transformation Specialist to join our Strategy & Transformation function in Eastgate on a permanent basis.
To manage a multi-year, large scale, organization wide strategic project enabling data and digital transformation across the organization both as project manager and as overall program lead. The project requires leadership across multiple functions of the business to ensure business requirements are unlocked through a detailed blueprint phase, project targets, timelines and deliverables are delivered and integrated solutions are developed. Given the high visibility of the project, this role will engage with multiple stakeholders in the organization including an executive sponsor and the ELT Team.
Additionally, the project manager will engage and manage project teams and external partners as required. The project manager manages the multi-million dollar project CAPEX, unlocks foundational business capabilities to support future business growth and delivers aligned business benefits from the project.
ResponsibilitiesOverall Program Lead for the Digital Factory Program of work, including management of key stakeholders, budget, timelines and priorities.Accountable for implementing and managing project risk control processes, prioritization of issue management and escalation process where necessary.Responsible for developing and refreshing the strategic roadmap for Digital Factory taking into account changing business priorities, available funding and alignment with PepsiCo Global Digital strategies and goals.Planning, organizing, motivating and controlling resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals for a large scale, enterprise wide transformational project as the leader of a high performing team.Design and develop project plan in conjunction with external partner.Leverage project management tools to manage project effectively and meet deliverables and ROI.Manage project teams, LSS support functions, consulting/external partners to deliver project outcomes on time.Partner with PepsiCo COE groups to ensure project alignment to PepsiCo strategic priorities and standards.Develop Business case(s) as required to deliver transformational business solutions.QualificationsEssential Criteria: Proven major project management capability, ideally with technical know-how of our manufacturing capabilities and of CAPEX process.Strong strategic leadership mindset and ability to collaborate across many functions in order to deliver on goals and targets.Global Supply Chain experience and understanding of how our Supply Chain works, capabilities and how we can leverage these for future opportunities.Understanding of our E2E business processes, systems and operating structure to efficiently manage project execution and solution delivery.Deep understanding of the concentrate model, benefits associated with this model and the levers that are required to make it successful e.g. internal capabilities, tax, design etc.Strong working knowledge of change management principles and toolsets and the criticality of change management to successfully delivering transformational change.Good working knowledge of our current systems and processes to support new capabilities with the ability to lead Global, cross functional initiatives.Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally, up to senior levels (VP/SVP) across the organization.Analytically strong with ability to connect multiple insights sources and transform insights into strategies.Desired Criteria: Broad business knowledge across multiple functions.Strategic thought leadership coupled with execution ability to convert strategic ideas to implementation.Business savvy to manage multiple stakeholders across the global organization of PepsiCo.
