Transport Administrator D24

Our client is based in Tallaght Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their team.

This is a permanent role and salary is circa €35k pa, plus pension & bonuses.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE: Truck Scheduling Optimisation of Company fleet Purchasing Administration Liaising with Dispatch Offices in relation to Transport requirements Dealing with Fleet Drivers & Contract Hauliers Dealing with complaints and Safety issues with the Transport Manager Compliance with legal requirements and best practice Other duties as requested by the Transport Manager THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Team player with an ability to work on own initiative Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
