We currently have an exciting opportunity within the Distribution Department in Grange Castle for a Transport Office Administrator.
This role reports directly into the Transport Lead.
To provide daily support to Transport Lead & ensure the office administration functions and processes are carried out in line with company policy.
You will be responsible for all administrative functions within the Transport Administration office.
Duties and Responsibilities File management Data entry and record keeping Daily, weekly, Monthly reports Act as a point of contact for delivery drivers on a daily basis Issuing credits Perform cash balancing and prepare lodgements Liaise with other departments and contracts within the company to manage day to day queries Adhoc tasks Essestial competencies Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to work in busy environment.
Excellent Customer Focus.
Working to Deadlines.
PC skills.
Highly Organised Good communication skills.
Flexible Team player Experience Administrative Experience PC skills Knowledge of Excel
