Transport Clerk In North Dublin

Job Description; Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in export shipment solutions based in North Dublin.
My Client requires a Transport Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities; Liaising with drivers and customers on updates on delivery schedule developments and to forward feedback to relevant departments.
Data entry and network checkpoint policies compliance, compliance with GSOP standards.
Keep track of and report any unresolved VAT issues.
General administration duties.
Driver debrief.
Ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements; Min 2-3 years experience in a similar administration role.
Transport knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given where needed Good customer interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role Experience of using various Web systems & Microsoft Office Packages Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided Hours; Monday to Friday Shift: 15:30 00:00 am Pay; €15.92per hour PleasecontactAnnaviamailapplicationatanna.stryorpleasecallformoreinformation.
