Access Talent Group are seeking an experienced Transport Major Projects Manager to lead the delivery of active travel schemes and highways projects in Cork. This senior role involves overseeing large-scale transport projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and delivery of major transport projects focused on active travel and highways.Coordinate with local authorities, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes.Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Develop and implement innovative transport solutions that align with sustainability goals.Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or related discipline.10+ years of experience managing large transport or infrastructure projects.Proven expertise in active travel schemes and highways design.Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Excellent knowledge of relevant Irish transport regulations and standards.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy dedicated to creating sustainable transport solutions for Cork's future.
