Look no further as this is the fantastic dynamic team to join.
You will be required to undertake the following day-to-day duties: Meet customer requirements for the safe and efficient transport of their goods according to operating procedures and statutory requirements across ROI Strong transport planning skills and experience planning routes HGV and Class 1 vehicles Tracking trailer movements and keeping our customers updated.
Checking supplier documentation against loads.
Liaising with subcontractors.
Briefing drivers in relation to routes and traffic management Preparing shift handovers and measuring KPIs.
Coordinator loads across various locations in ROI.
The Person To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must hold the following skills and experiences: Minimum of 2 years of Transport Planning experience with strong ROI geographical knowledge within logistics Applicants must be able to work Butterfly shift ( Week 1 Mon, Tues ,Fri & Sat & Sun /Week 2 Wed & Thurs 6.30- 6.30pm ) Effective communicator both written and verbal and exceptional organisational skills Have high-level IT skills as the complete operation is digital.
Good timekeeping and being able to work in a structured manner adhering to timetable requirements.
Problem-solving ability.
Flexible attitude to working hours & shift patterns to support the needs of the business.
