Transport Supervisor At First Direct Logistics

Overall planning efficient routes for all deliveries: Keep up to date with all runs to ensure efficient use .
Effective communication providing clear and accurate information to our drivers and 3rd party logistics.
Ensure that data within our Logistics Management software is kept up to date Fleet maintenance and monitoring to ensure compliance Ensure SOPs are in place and kept up to date for all logistics activities.
Be available to handle ad hoc emergency situations out of hours.
Other logistic related tasks required that may arise as part of the normal day to day running of the business.
