We are looking for an in-house travel coordinator to assist our staff with all their corporate travel needs. Travel Coordinator Responsibilities: Working directly with the firm's TMC to arrange all travel for internal staff and stakeholdersBe able to work independently and solve any issues that might arise quickly and effectivelyPromote and teach employees how to use the online booking toolMonitoring travel policy compliance within the organizationInvoice review & validation for paymentTravel PO ManagementTracking travel expenditure & budgets with relevant department managersMonthly reporting to SLT of travel KPI'sNegotiate contracts with travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies) to secure the best rates and amenitiesCoordinate with Marketing to manage group travel arrangements for Trade Shows and corporate eventsResearch and implement sustainable travel options and programs, contributing to the organization's environmental responsibility goalsBack up to other regional travel coordinatorsSupport the Procurement and Finance team with Vendor Management and spend analysis (not specific to Travel vendors)Regional Travel Coordinator Skills Required: Ideally you will have 3 years' experience working as a Travel Coordinator or in a Business Travel Consultant roleHave had exposure to a GDS so you are familiar with the booking processGood proficiency in MS Office is requiredAbility to work independently and manage workload without supervisionDemonstrated initiative and flexibility with workload
