What you will be doing:ICON is currently recruiting for a Treasury Analyst to join our busy & growing team based in our Head Office in Leopardstown, Dublin. The role is on a hybrid basis, and would ideally need someone to be located close to the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and compliance within the Treasury Function. Some project management will be required for the ad-hoc implementation of bank accounts for new entities and any bank rationalization as required.
Duties of the Treasury Analyst role include:Cash management and cash forecasting for group companies including investment and FX settlementMin 1 years experience working in a Corporate Treasury function.Management of all bank accounts, banking services and user access review across 46 countries - spanning Europe, US, Canada, Asia Pacific and LatamEngage with banking and service providers to implement services and process improvementsPrepare bank account opening documents & related resolutions for new offices or entities migrating to the current banking system in Europe, US, Canada, Latam & AsiaHandle any internal banking queries across the group and resolve with banking partnersMaintain and produce compliance reports for S-ox and management reportingYour profile:Graduate in Business or Finance or part AMCT qualifiedMotivated and organised individual with good communication skills and attention to detailTMS system experience an advantage - reporting and process improvements and proficient in ExcelThe benefits of working in ICON as a Treasury Analyst are:Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Free on-site gym facilities & subsidized on-site food court.Free parking.Excellent career progression & cross function experience.Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
