About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to join the Treasury team in a supervisory role, focusing on Treasury Middle Office operations. The role requires a candidate with a strong financial services background and experience working with hedge funds or mutual funds. As a supervisor, you will oversee both local and outsourced teams, ensuring that all Treasury Middle Office Services (MOS) deliverables are completed with precision and timeliness, in alignment with risk management practices.

You will also take a hands-on approach, assisting in managing client service level agreements (SLAs), overseeing operational tasks, and ensuring all reporting is accurate. The role offers the chance to work on special projects, support the onboarding of new funds, and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and Oversee MOS Deliverables:Lead a team ensuring that MOS deliverables are completed accurately by both local and outsourced teams, adhering to risk management and operational best practices. Monitor and Manage Communication Channels:Oversee and control the central group email boxes, ensuring timely responses and task management. Client SLA Management:Monitor and assist in managing client SLAs and operational deliverables, ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Reporting and Special Projects:Produce timely and accurate reports, support AVP in rolling out new processes, and participate in special projects and fund onboarding activities. Client Interaction:Resolve open issues in a professional manner, working closely with clients to meet their needs. Team Development:Supervise and support the training of junior team members, both locally and in outsourced locations, ensuring their growth and development. Audit and Compliance:Assist with internal SOC and audit requirements, ensuring all processes meet the necessary regulatory standards. Task Allocation and Supervision:Oversee task allocations to ensure client deliverables are met efficiently, coordinating tasks between local and outsourced offices. Risk and Escalation Management:Appropriately escalate all relevant risk events (Operational Risk Losses and Risk Management Processes) in both local and outsourced locations. Approval of Payments:Sign off on MOS client wires and standing settlement instructions (SSI), and supervise the processing of client payment instructions to ensure accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Payment Processing Oversight:Monitor all wires, including OTC payments, invoices, and client funding requests, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time. About You: The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly detail-oriented, motivated individual with a strong background in financial services. You will have experience working with hedge funds or mutual funds and be comfortable supervising teams across multiple locations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Holds aBachelor's Degreein Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Has4+ years of experiencein Financial Services or a relevant industry. Has a strong understanding ofhedge and mutual funds. Is customer-focused with excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills. Is a committed team player with strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Has the ability to multi-task and stay detail-oriented. Can work effectively in ateam environmentand learn new systems quickly. Is adaptable and capable of thriving in afast-paced environment. Has strong proficiency inExcel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems and tools. Has previous experience within apayments environmentand an in-depth understanding ofTreasury processes.
