The purpose and function of the centre will be to provide short to medium term transitional care for young people moving to and from Special Care Services.
Requirements: Level 7/8 in Applied Social Care Full Flexibility to work a residential roster Minimum of three years experience of working in a Children & Families Service or other relevant environment with a similarly challenging client group.
