Social Care Manager - Separated Children Seeking International Protection Contract: Full-time Permanent Position 40hrs Salary: €54,000 - €57,000 Locations: Ballyboy, Co Offaly Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm About the Role: To manage a Centre for 16 to 17-year-old children seeking international protection based in Portarlington, Co Laois.
To lead a team and ensure team member's practice and Centre procedures are followed in line with the National Standards for Childrens Residential Centre's, 2018 To promote the rights and responsibilities of each child and young person in the Centre.
Engage in policy and procedure reviews as part of the role within the policy review group.
Implement all policies and procedures and carry out tasks in line with procedures related to budgets, health and safety, team member supervision, training and appraisal, and the recruitment of social care team members as examples.
