Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable tutors to support the delivery of our Personal Training courses. The successful candidates will work closely with our lead tutors to ensure our students receive comprehensive and engaging instruction.
Key Responsibilities: – Assist lead tutors in delivering course content, including lectures, practical sessions, and workshops.
– Provide one-on-one and group support to students, addressing their questions and guiding them through course materials.
– Assist in the assessment of student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
– Help in the preparation and organization of course materials and resources.
– Support administrative tasks related to course delivery, including maintaining student records and tracking progress.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of course content and delivery methods.
Requirements: – A level 4 Personal Training qualification or similar (e.g., Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Physical Education).
– Previous coaching experience required.
– Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and training principles.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Flexibility to adapt to varying teaching schedules and student needs.
– Previous coaching/tutoring experience a plus
