Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a suitably skilled Administrator to join their team.
The duration of this post is 12 months initially with possible extensions thereafter.
This role will be based in Ardee Co. Louth.
Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €18.48 per hour based on an annualised salary of €33,756.
You will accrue 28 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays.
Role Overview The successful candidate will primarily work as part of a core team to provide mainly administrative/clerical support to the Management and their wider teams as part of Service Operations.
Responsibilities may include, but are not restricted to: Coordinating office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to procedures and processes.
Creating and updating records, databases and IT systems with personnel, financial and other data e.g.
leave, timesheets, expenses etc.
Managing HR processes for new starters or leavers within the service.
Communicating by email/phone with a wide range of stakeholders e.g.
managers, staff etc.
Arranging meetings/teleconferences when required e.g.
recording of minutes/actions etc.
Dealing appropriately and efficiently with communications and queries while managing various mailboxes.
Submitting timely reports as required and present documents in a professional manner e.g.
process and training documents etc.
Using various IT systems to complete specific administration tasks e.g.
IVANTI ticketing system, Kelio clocking system etc.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office environment.
Demonstrate experience of having an excellent working knowledge of MS Office e.g.
Excel, Word and E-mail (Microsoft Outlook).
Demonstrate good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
Demonstrate evidence of production of quality deliverables.
Demonstrate good customer service skills.
