Urgent/Exclusive : IT Support Engineer : Limerick This is an exciting opportunity for a mid level IT Support Engineer to join a fast paced and challenging IT Support team, where no 2 days are the same and you will be given the opportunity to drive your career forward with a leading multinational in their Limerick operational hub.
You will have responsibility for a variety of IT support tasks, including : Provide IT Support across a variety of teams in person, via email and remotely Maintain IT equipment inventory Assist in the clients move from on-prem to azure Onboard & offboarding You will have 1 - 2 years experience in : Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Zoom, Slack, Sharepoint Ticketing tools just as JIRA Intune, Autopilot or similar Basic automation, Powershell, scripting Excellent Customer service, and a solutions oriented manner.
