Originally from Germany, studied in the Netherlands, now myself living in Ireland, I am recruiting for a German User Experience Research Coordinator in Dublin (5 days per week in the office in Dublin 18). I know the title sounds pretty fancy - it's basically Recruitment and Customer Contact in one, pretty perfect for anyone coming from hospitality or retail!
Your new challengeSource, screen, and recruit research participants for UX (User Experience) studies.Partner and collaborate with UX researchers to identify key participant requirements.Curate participants to ensure a high-quality sample pool for the researchers.Manage calendars, timelines, scheduling details, and logistics for multiple UX studies.Track and analyse participant activity and document in the database.Network with potential participants to generate new leads.What we are looking for in youPrevious experience in hospitality, retail, or similar.Motivation to work with Recruitment and Customer Contact.Willingness & ability to work 5 days per week in the office in Dublin 18.Fluent German and English.What will you be getting out of this?Salary of €32,000 per year (€28,500 + language bonus + 5% bonus).Career development opportunities.Permanent contract.Monday-Friday working hours (8am-4pm - flexible).You now might want to hear more about the role and the company, so why not just apply to me and I can chat with you about anything that you want to know?
