Do you want to work for a large social media platform? Then this is your opportunity! I'm currently looking for Dutch speakers Content Moderators to join a multicultural team in Dublin.
As a Content Moderator, you will be:Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.Enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.Skills & Competences:Are you familiar with social media?Are you a team player?Do you have motivation and ambition?Language Skills:Fluent in DUTCH language (B2-C1-C2)Advanced level of English (B2)*If you are not sure about your level of language, we can offer you an assessment.
Location: Dublin 18. This is an office job. Shift-based - It will start remote/hybrid first but it will transition to on-site work.
Salary: 36,790 € per annum
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (some weekends and bank holidays)
Relocation package: They will help find and pay for accommodation, flights (done on a case-by-case basis).
