Vacancy for Planning, Policy and Development ManagerIrish Lights is seeking a Planning, Policy and Development Manager to join their senior management team. This role reports directly to the Director of Navigation, Maritime and Consenting, and the successful candidate will:
Lead on future planning for Navigation Safety services in the context of ongoing developments in the maritime sector and regulatory change.Support related engagement with national and international stakeholders.Translate future requirements and opportunities in the maritime area into the design, development and delivery of key services.Be responsible for department level project progress tracking, updates and status reporting.The ideal candidate must have senior leadership experience with a degree level or equivalent qualification relating to maritime policy, regulation, engineering, safety or science. A track record in designing, developing and delivering new strategies and services as a response to policy and regulatory changes is also essential.
