Our client is an API manufacturer based in Little Island. Due to an expansion they are looking to add an experienced validation consultant to their team.
The Position We are seeking an Experienced Validation Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment validation, cleaning validation, computer systems validation, process validation, and experience with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide strategic insights and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead and execute validation activities for equipment, cleaning processes, computer systems, and manufacturing processes, including API-related validations.Develop and review validation protocols, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for validation strategies specific to API and related processes.Collaborate with clients to understand their validation needs and provide tailored solutions.Facilitate training sessions on validation processes and best practices.Stay current with industry regulations and standards to provide informed guidance.The Person Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 15 years of experience in validation, specifically in equipment, cleaning, computer systems, and process validation, with a focus on API processes.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO) related to validation and API manufacturing.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.This role is a 12 month FTC To discover more about this opportunity please apply online or contact Lewis Murray on +353 1 6321823 for a confidential discussion.
