ResponsibilitiesManage the relationships with the vendor service providers, partnering with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality output and successful outcomes. Oversee a large vendor network distributed across different suppliers and sites.Evaluate vendor performance against key metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Address performance issues promptly and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.Identify process, tools, data and metrics improvements, and partner with Product, Tools, Analytics and Process Excellence teams to address gaps, solve operational challenges at scale.Lead vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning for vendor operations. Contribute to the long-term operational strategy and support model decisions for your workflows.Manage Purchase Orders, invoices and other vendor related activities on a day-to-day basis such as tools access, on-boarding, training, etc.
