Ventilation Operative

Key Responsibilities: Installation Work: Install ventilation systems and units in new build properties and other construction sites, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and site plans to execute precise installations.
Collaboration: Work closely with site managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with the design team to address on-site challenges effectively.
Compliance and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring installations are completed in line with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct site assessments to identify potential risks and implement safety measures.
System Testing: Test and commission installed ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including site reports and system specifications.
Provide feedback to supervisors on project progress and any encountered issues.
