Venue Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the venue is ready for use, whilst coordinating venue activities along with staff supervision.
Responsibilities: Manage daily operations ensuring that the venues cleanliness is maintained to a high standard Coordinate logistics, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard, consumable management, and pre- and post-event evaluations for future planning.
Supervise employees, by building a team moral, developing the teamworkinginthe venue andtoprovide/organise training where necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for Ryans Cleaning and for the client.
Manage budget and financial planning as well as controlling expenditure.
Handle client inquiries whilst troubleshooting any issues that arise before, during, or after an event.
Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and health and safety.
Qualifications: 2-3 years experience proven experience as a Venue Manager or relevant role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong understanding of customer service.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Renumeration Package Salary €42,000 Company laptop, phone and vehicle.
To include weekend and or night work.
