In addition to a robust Surgery service, we also offer services for Emergency, Critical Care, Urgent Care, Oncology, Cardiology and Internal Medicine. The Role and Ideal Candidate: As a Veterinary Client Service Coordinator, you are the first friendly face our patients and clients see upon arrival.
Remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks such as:Greeting clients and patientsData entryRequesting and sending medical recordsManaging a multi-line phone systemProcessing paymentsAccurately scheduling appointmentsPerforming other administrative duties as neededCommunicate effectively with clients and medical staff, which is essential in this role.Possess a genuine love for animals and a welcoming demeanor.Show empathy, compassion, and provide reassurance to worried pet owners, which is crucial in this role.The compensation range for this position is $22-26 an hour.
