Part-Time Client Service Coordinator - SAGE Dublin About SAGE Dublin:
SAGE Dublin specializes in many areas of veterinary medicine using the most current knowledge and treatments available to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.
Our Dublin facility features state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and surgical tools, and we pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of care.
In addition to a robust Surgery service, we also offer services for Emergency, Critical Care, Urgent Care, Oncology, Cardiology and Internal Medicine. The Role and Ideal Candidate: As a Veterinary Client Service Coordinator, you are the first friendly face our patients and clients see upon arrival.
Remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks such as:Greeting clients and patientsData entryRequesting and sending medical recordsManaging a multi-line phone systemProcessing paymentsAccurately scheduling appointmentsPerforming other administrative duties as neededCommunicate effectively with clients and medical staff, which is essential in this role.Possess a genuine love for animals and a welcoming demeanor.Show empathy, compassion, and provide reassurance to worried pet owners, which is crucial in this role.The compensation range for this position is $22-26 an hour. Work Schedule: Full-Time4/10 Schedule AvailableWeekend and some holiday availability neededBasic required qualifications: High school diploma and a minimum of one year of customer service related work experienceOne year veterinary reception experience is preferred, however not required!Competent computer skills including reliable and consistent ability to enter data into medical records; effective working knowledge of MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Type 45+ wpm and use 10-key calculatorBenefits: Opportunities for growth and advancementFull-time benefits include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurances, flex-spending accounts, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, and 3 weeks of accrued paid time off.
