Veterinary Surgeon (Small Animals 80% And Equine 20%), Co. Kerry

We are currently looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who would like mainly small animals but also the opportunity to do some equine work. This is an independent family business with no corporate rules or targets.
The successful candidate will have at least a basic experience in practice and be keen on a learning environment. Surgical opportunities to become proficient in soft tissue surgery.
On call 1 in 4.
The equine work is first opinion. The clientele are typically pony owners, sport horse breeders and showjumping/eventing yards. Surgical cases are mainly referred.
Importantly for the candidate, the clinic has a brand-new stylish apartment in a nice area to let. You want to study too? Full support will be given with extra time allocated for study. They can manage a 4-day week every second week too.
Salary is 35-55K depending on experience.
Profit share programme available if looking to settle in Kerry long-term.
A van can be provided or an allowance for own car use.
A full clean driving licence is required.
