Aircraft Leasing VP Asset Management - Dublin About the Job:
An innovative global aviation company is searching for an Aircraft Leasing VP Asset Management to lead the strategic management of its aircraft and engine data.
This role focuses on streamlining technical operations, optimizing asset performance, and supporting lifecycle management.
As a senior leader, you will collaborate across teams and external stakeholders to ensure assets are effectively maintained and leveraged for maximum operational and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and accuracy of aircraft and engine data throughout their lifecycle, including acquisitions, updates, and end-of-life planning.
Manage maintenance claims processes and provide support for technical audits and reconciliations.
Drive improvements in reporting and analytics tools to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.
Collaborate with commercial teams on asset specifications to support trading, leasing, and remarketing efforts.
Develop forecasts and cash flow analyses to support asset performance strategies.
Monitor technical trends and address fleet-wide issues to ensure portfolio optimization.
Provide leadership and guidance on technical matters to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in aviation leasing, airline technical operations, or consultancy roles.
Solid expertise in managing technical records and aircraft maintenance practices.
Proficiency with digital systems like Aerlytix CMS or Sysco, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Proven leadership and project management capabilities, with strong communication skills.
A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work independently on complex initiatives.
Valid passport and driving license required for international travel.
