Collaborate with UX researchers to capture and synthesize insights from the field and UX designers to ideate, prototype and deliver designs to development teams to make them a reality.
Contribute to future envisioning efforts in the form of design exercises, brainstorming sessions/workshops as needed within the team.Basic RequirementsAbout You4+ years of professional experience in UI design, preferably at a company focused on designing and delivering SaaS solutions You have a passion for, and knowledge of, type, colour, and iconography with a keen eye for visual balance and harmonyYou know how to work with Design Systems - how to use, modify, extend and contribute to the existing ecosystemYou can partner closely with software development to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designsYou collaborate with UX designers to achieve the highest quality user experience given product requirements and constraintsYou pay almost fanatically close attention to every detailYou have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbalYou have an exceptional portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to design and maintain high quality, consistent user interface designsAddiotional RequirmentsA proven track record of strategic thinking reflected in your ability to speak about design with clarity and convictionMastery of design tools, including their use in library management and prototype construction.
