Vodafone Retail Business Executive - Galway

About the Role: Please be aware that this is a full-time, permanent position, and seasonal placements will not be considered.
As the representative of Vodafone at the Headford Road shopping centre store, you will embody the company's image.
Your role involves assisting customers and identifying those eligible for Vodafone's business products and services.
Additionally, you will be responsible for training in-store staff to recognize these opportunities.
As an expert in Business in Retail, you will guarantee that these customers receive the finest telecommunications solutions to support their business operations effectively.
Responsibilities include: - Assisting all customers who visit the store with their inquiries, while seeking opportunities to promote and sell Vodafone's range of services.
- Training team members on the details of Vodafone's business services.
- Educating team members on the proper identification and segmentation of business customers.
- Ensuring that the store's business sales targets are met each month.
- Contributing to the store's overall monthly targets for consumer and business connections.
- Participating in regular performance reviews with management regarding various business services, providing and receiving feedback.

We Offer: Weekly wage + Bonus + Commission €26,416 - €50,000 per annum Bonus - paid monthly, up to €4,800 annually.
