The Opportunity The VP of Product Management, Employee Communications and Workplace is a strategic, innovative leader responsible for guiding the vision, strategy, and development of our Employee Communications and Workplace products as well as the underlying platform. You'll lead our design and product teams to realize the product vision and deliver customer value in alignment with business goals and objectives. A collaborative leader and team builder, you will inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities Define a clear and compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy.Identify market opportunities by analyzing customer needs and drive the development of a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to bring innovative, scalable, and market-leading products to life.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, track user engagement, and measure the success of product initiatives.Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive opportunities that can reshape our product landscape.Identify potential risks, challenges, and obstacles related to product development and devise mitigation strategies.Work with the product leadership team to align product strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to strategic decision-making.Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within product management.Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate global cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, including the capability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in driving product innovation and managing product portfolios through various lifecycle stages.Proven ability to design and implement product methodologies and processes that deliver innovation at scale.Champion for user-centered design principles to create intuitive and seamless experiences for our customers.Strong relationship-building skills with key customers to drive continuous improvement and customer-centric product development.Expertise in Enterprise SaaS product delivery and go-to-market strategy.Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and using data and insights to inform product strategy.Experience in Product-Led Growth is a plus.Education & Experience 10+ years leading product & design organizations and people leadership.7+ years for a SaaS/Cloud organization.Industry-leading expertise in product management and design, within a global software development organization.Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
