Waiter/ Waitress Full Time

The Maryborough Hotel is currently looking for a Full time Waiter/ Waitress for Bellinis Restaurant, Cafe Bar.

Full time role of 36-37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 to include weekends. Experience Serving food and beverages to customers Provide customers with appropriate service in a polite, efficient and friendly manner. Handle customer comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow-up action ensuring all customers leave with a positive experience Demonstrate knowledge of products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner Contribute to the team's success in achieving all store targets through positive selling techniques Working on Till, processing transactions Fully comply with Health & Food Safety standards and procedures Skills/Knowledge Required Experience in a similar role is essential. Strong customer service skills Organisation skills Time management Working in a team Take ownership for personal development Excellent customer service skills A professional appearance at all times The ability to speak fluent English A full and valid working visa is required.
