Waiting Staff

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become the  Waiting Staff at our wine bar.
As a Waiting Staff, you will be working with our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and providing an unforgettable wine bar experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team - Coordinate seating arrangements and ensure efficient table turnover - Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with guest inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized dining area - Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest satisfaction and optimise service quality Requirements: - Previous experience as a waiter/waitress - Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
