Your New Company As a Site Architect you will be based on a large Life Sciences project based in Galway.
The role will be working on behalf of an architectural firm which has built an excellent reputation for their work on a range of projects.
They would be a household name in Ireland, and known for their expertise in design, master-planning, project management and sustainability.
They provide to a variety of sectors including high rise residential buildings, large industrial clients for office buildings and industrial extensions as well as universities and health-care.
Your New Role As a Site Architect you will be primarily based on site, which is a life science project underway in the Galway region.
You can expect to be on site roughly 4 days per week and 1 office day.
Your main role will be tracking progress and resolving any technical issues that may arise, being able to liaison effectively to design office in HQ to streamline processes.
You will be the primary contact for the client's site representatives keeping relationships strong and updating on progress.
You will also be the main liaison for all civil, structural and M&E engineering consultancies, coordinating designs effectively on site.
Other aspects include regulatory compliance, documentation and quality assurance.
Job Requirements For this role you should be a registered architect and be comfortable leading projects in a senior capacity.
Our client is looking for a candidate with excess of 10 years in the Irish Construction industry, with strong technical and design capabilities.
You should be a problem solver and have a solution orientated approach.
Softwares which will assist include AutoCAD/Revit and Zutec/Procore.
