Manage and mentor supervisors, operators, and drivers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
Uphold health and safety regulations and drive improvements in operational processes.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to solve operational issues.
Coordinate with other departments for the timely delivery of goods.
Handle all aspects of recruitment, training, and induction for warehouse staff.
Utilise IT systems for inventory and communication with senior management.
What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment or similar role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management, health and safety, and operational efficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Results-driven with a focus on achieving key operational targets.
