Warehouse Manager

In Zintek, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As a key member of our team, you will lead by example, driving excellence in service delivery, inventory management, and process optimization.
Main ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the Warehouse team to consistently deliver exceptional service and meet objectives.Oversee dispatch operations, goods receiving, regular counting, packing, and inventory management with meticulous attention to detail.Set clear team objectives and targets, providing ongoing performance feedback and support.Drive process improvements by reviewing existing workflows and implementing smarter practices to enhance efficiency and quality.Support existing IT services with updates and improvements.Ensure all staff members fulfil their daily duties and responsibilities effectively.RequirementsComprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems, with a proven ability to manage complex logistics efficiently.Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team towards shared goals.Track record of developing and implementing process improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices.Proficiency in Sage or similar product management systems, coupled with excellent computer literacy.Possession of a valid driver's license and manual handling certificate.Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.Demonstrated commitment to attention to detail, follow-through, and delivering results within specified deadlines.Self-starter mentality with flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse management role, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry operations.Familiarity with all aspects of the company's sales and support processes, contributing to a holistic understanding of business operations.Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and challenge existing processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
