Warehouse Manager - Dublin 11 My client, a provider of sterile goods and hospital furniture to hospitals and nursing homes across Ireland, has an urgent need for a Warehouse Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in Glasnevin, Dublin 11.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team in which the CEO and CFO are not afraid to get their hands dirty to help out and would expect the same from this role. Experience working in a busy environment with lots of product variety is key to be successful in this role. This role will not only sit in the office but also require you to be hands-on in the warehouse when needed, so will require some element of physicality.
Must have full working rights in Ireland; a minimum of stamp 4 or EU Passport is required. Job Duties: Responsible for the loading and unloading of delivery vehiclesEnsuring compliance is being followed for incoming goods against our purchase ordersSatisfy back orders for incoming goodsEnsuring stock rotation in the warehouse when bringing in new stockPicking orders from delivery dockets, packing, and shippingScheduling own van deliveries for a two-week scheduleEnsuring stock is kept in good order, stock levels are adequate, and reporting stock requirements to the relevant personnelStock takeHelping with staff managementChecking delivery dates of backordersProcessing delivery dockets from sales ordersEnsuring system stock data is corrected and updatedImplementation of new stock system when requiredBenefits: Bike to work schemeCompany pensionOn-site parkingSchedule: Monday to Friday
