As a Warehouse Bioprocess Material Associate, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for the receipt, sampling, dispensing, material supply, and shipping of drug substances at our client's state-of-the-art Dublin warehouse and dispensing facility.
This is a shift role with 1 weekend every 4 weeks - shifts are as follows: Weeek 1 Mon - Fri - 7am to 3.30pm Week 2 Mon, Tues - 7am to 3.30pm -Weds off Thurs to Sunday - 7am to 3.30pm Week 3 Mon - 7am to 3.30pm - Tues off - Weds to Friday 10.30am to 7pm Week 4 MOn - Fri 10.30am to 7pm Primary Responsibilities:Warehouse and Dispensing Operations:Manage and perform Incoming Goods Receipt and Raw Material (RM) Sampling, including RAMAN Spectroscopy testing where necessary.Oversee the put-away, RM Dispensing in Grade C, manufacturing picks, and shipping of Drug Substance.Utilize reach trucks, VNA, motorized pallet trucks, Downflow Booths, Scales, Drum tippers, and other key warehouse/dispensary equipment efficiently.Material Distribution Support:Provide critical support for on-site distribution of materials to internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, labs, and MS&T.System Utilization:Operate the COMET (SAP) system for inventory tracking, the MES system for dispensary operations, and the LIMS system for sampling tasks.Continuous Improvement Initiatives:Initiate and promote process improvements and cost reduction strategies within warehouse and dispensary operations.Proactively seek opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce consumable spend, improve scheduling, and explore trusted dispense opportunities.Documentation and Compliance:Regularly review and update Warehouse and Dispensary procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Technical Skills:Practical knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies with experience in their application within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Education/Experience:Education:Leaving Cert or equivalent.Level 6 qualification in a related discipline is preferred but not essential.Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, dispensary, logistics, or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical or a similar industry.Trained and experienced in operating reach trucks, counterbalance trucks, VNA trucks, and motorized pallet trucks.Familiarity with equipment used in RM sampling and dispensary operations, such as downflow booths, scales, fume hoods, and drum movers
