Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities: Supervise and participate in the operations and activities in the warehouse; train, assign, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff.Provide training for all warehouse employees, both permanent and temporary.Communicate company policies and procedures, and facility work instructions.Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with corporate-approved freight carriers.Create a daily warehouse work schedule to meet all customer requirements.Coordinate maintenance schedule for all warehouse equipment.Supervise warehouse housekeeping procedures.Any other duties may be assigned by Branch Operations.Must Haves: Must be able to operate a scale.Certification to drive a forklift.Must be able to lift more than 10 lbs.Must have good communication skills.Must have computer knowledge.WE Value: Individuals who participate in the operations and activities in the warehouse train, assign, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff.OUR Team Members: Do The Right Thing and we will succeed: We insist on honest and ethical behavior; we treat others respectfully; our actions are underlined with high integrity; we partner with others who hold these same values.
