Warehouse Supervisor Co Galway Fulltime/Permanent Monday - Friday Day Shift Competitive Salary

With a rich history and a focus on quality, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team and contribute to continued success.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will oversee the warehouse operations on site and key duties will include: Responsible for the entire warehouse daily business ensuring all goods dispatches are timely and accurate.All stock movements to be completed accurately and in real time on the company MRP system.Ensuring the highest level of pick accuracy is achieved on all dispatched orders whilst maximising order pick performance.Leading the team of employees providing clear direction and efficiency.Identify areas for process improvement and implement agreed solutions within the department.Communicate regularly with all fellow department managers to ensure the jobs and times are met and completed to customers' descriptions.At all times ensure that the Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by the entire team.Provide cover as required.Any other ad hoc duties as requested by management. Criteria Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor, ideally within Food Manufacturing but not essential.Strong leadership skills and experience.Strong computer skills and previous experience in using MRP/ERP systems.
