Introduction Currently we are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead, in Cork.
In this role you will provide operational leadership to a team of 10 people, on two shift rotation to deliver on reliable supply to all customers, in accordance with all applicable safety and quality regulations.
To support the site this role needs to excel in finding new and better ways of operating, taking ownership in the long-range financial planning (LRFP) /investments for the department as well as guaranteeing a reliable service across the site.
We encourage and support the identification and development of innovative operational solutions and multi-functional collaboration throughout the Johnson & Johnson Global API Small Molecule Network.
This role has a large degree of scope and autonomy to improve supply chain performance and reliability.

This position is located in Little Island, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities : * Supervise the Warehouse team to deliver the Warehouse schedule in a timely manner with due regard for safety and quality.
* Manage and/or support Warehouse and Manufacturing investigations, identify and implement appropriate CAPAs, troubleshoot technical issues and provide general technical service support for the Warehouse.
* Lead daily/weekly performance meetings and be an active ambassador for an efficient performance management approach on every level.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert for Warehouse during EHS, HPRA, FDA and other regulatory inspections as well as internal audits.
* Drive continuous improvement culture, continuously challenging the status quo and owning the development and implementation of initiatives that improve overall performance of the warehouse.
* Drive people and operational organization development and play a key role in hiring and developing people.
* Support the Small Molecule API Network with strategy deployment within the warehouse, taking ownership in standardising and optimising (business) processes.
* Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) assistance for all Warehousing Operations and ensure business, quality and compliance goals are met following the J&J Standard of Leadership behavior model.
* Participate in and lead various initiatives and cross-functional investigations together with the Senior Operations Manager (SOM).
* Deputise for the SOM as required.

* A minimum of a bachelor's degree (required) e.g., in Engineering, Sciences, Technology or equivalent by experience.
* Minimum of two years of people leadership in experience within a pharmaceutical or GMP supervised Operations environment (preferred).
* Experience in Continuous Improvement or Lean practices (preferred).
* Knowledgeable of EHS/FDA/EMEA regulatory requirements applicable to Pharmaceutical Industry (preferred).
* Business Excellence and Problem Solving skills e.g.
Six Sigma, Lean Green/Black Belt or Kepner-Tregoe analysis (preferred).
